The room I stayed in was well-equipped and brand-new with rooftop views. Clean sheets and a very comfortable bed. - Booked the hotel for its perfect and magnificent location just next door to the center of Prague. - the bars, pubs, and tourist attractions nearby were great. - Had brunch at V Kolkovne, a great spot located nearby.

Actually we stayed there just for one night (out of 4 booked) because the room where we were did not have hot water. The hotel tenant proposed us to change room but finally they put us in one of their other residences, a kind of appartment hotel, for the same price. And it was really nice (Royal Road Residence).
The room in Yans did not look clean, the bathroom was smelly and humid. The bed was too soft and partially broken. The view out of the window was over the trashes! The breakfast was minimalistic. The picture on Booked.net were really nice, but far from what we got.Hopefully the tenant was really nice and helpful. for the price, don't expect much in praha, the city is over expensive.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would love to stay here again. All in all - had a lovely 3 night stay. The service was nice with parking on-site. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too. The location was brilliant, at a walking distance from a historic square.

Prime spot for hitting up cool bars and pubs that are right around the corner from here. Services are top-notch, and you can park your car right on the premises. 🚗 Overall, a solid choice for a good time and a hassle-free stay!

it is hard to say, because mostly we do not like this hotel at all. Only i can say that the personal was responsive and polite and did a good work
the rooms are very noise, you can hear neighborhood. bed is very uncomfortable and furniture as broken.

Spacious
Poor location, it is very dark and quiet on the way leading to the hostel. It is very dangerous if you go back to the hostel late at the night. The room is very old with broken glasses and broken ceiling. The room is not clean. The place for collecting rubbish is just next to the lift.

It was awesome! Booked a double bedroom and with it was a large ensuite bathroom, another separate toilet, kitchen, dining table, sofa and television, all for ourselves! Very impressed! Towels were changed everyday and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams and cakes! Location was good too: a short walk from old town square but not too loud.

This hotel is very close to everything, right in the center of the old town in Prague. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and explore the city. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city center. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two double beds in one bedroom. The rooftop views from the hotel are simply stunning and add to the overall charm of the place.
The hotel could benefit from improving the Wi-Fi connection.

The location is fantastic and it served as a helpful base for our short stay in Prague. We were impressed with the deluxe queen suite we booked and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
